I spend many hours studying at Starbucks. I am a fan of their gold card because I get free refills on iced coffee and tea. This location is pretty busy especially in the evenings and seating is limited. This location is open until midnight Sunday-Thursday and 1am on Friday and Saturday, which makes it the latest closing Starbucks in the Pinellas area. So if you have a late night craving or you need to study late into the night they are open and have a drive thru. Come earlier in the day if you want a wider selection of food items. I love the new slow roasted ham and swiss croissant for breakfast. The cakepops are delicious for an afternoon snack too. Since the addition of the LaBoulange pastries, the food items have gotten tastier but smaller. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are usually clean. There is outdoor seating which is nice on a warm day too.

Great Starbucks location. Friendly staff and fast service. Only downside is that the location is smaller on the inside, but they do have a drive thru.

I believe in giving positive reviews more than negative. Steven the British accented man working here made my evening stop at this Starbucks a pleasure. He was beyond courteous and was the most friendly person I had encountered all day! I left the drive through with a huge goofy smile plastered on my face. I hope he's there next time i swing through because he's getting a nice tip from me.

Pro's: Great service Clean Plenty of outlets Large table for studying Familiar faces at Starbucks whenever I'm three Their generous with using rewards Quick drive thru, one girl I had was very cheery - def liked that since she was the first person I saw that day No smoking in the outdoor area Good volume of the music and selection of music, kinda helps drown out conversations Con's: Slow internet when it's busy, I've only had trouble a few times Can get packed sometimes and there is no room to sit, but that's a good thing for Starbucks This is my favorite Starbucks in town. Great place to congregate with friends and study partners. Never been disappointed with my orders.

I used to love coming to this Starbucks but over the last year it has become downright awful. There are out of something they can make because they probably don't feel like making it. No one is friendly. The staff is incredibly slow when this is an extremely busy store. I much rather drive out of my way than come here. I get reminded when I go against my better judgement and come in because it's closer.

Terrible customer service, rude employees, and very slow service!

No reason not to give 5 stars but they didn't have grilled cheese. Otherwise, nice people and apologetic. And people, I always love when Starbucks has a drive-thru. Especially if it's connected to a bank.

The staff here are the slowest people I have ever seen. Every time I come here I have to wait as long as 15 mins for a drink and barely anyone is in here! They have one speed at this location... VERY SLOW! The staff doesn't even know how to multi-task. They make one drink at a time! Plan to wait long periods to get your drink when you walk in. Hell a sloth is faster then them and that's embarrassing. I would really recommend going to the Starbucks on 8801 4th St. N. They have the best staff and make drinks fast.

This has to be the absolute worst Starbucks ever! Every time I come here there is a huge line and the person working the register feels the need to chit chat with everyone for lengths of time. They need to work on moving the line along! I went one afternoon and ordered a tall dark roast and they were all out of coffee. It's a coffee place for Christ's sake! How could you not have any coffee brewed?? Also...it is a pretty filthy Starbucks.

Slow and slower....Don't understand why it takes them 15 mins to make a green ice tea. Need better management.

The drive thru tends to be rather slow at this location so I normally go inside.

Knowledgeable barristas who don't hesitate to give you good service; its what you really are paying for at Starbucks - not the coffee :) They are always busy, but being so close to the movies and off the highway has that effect.

The baristas here are a little hit or miss, but they are more hit than miss. The bigger miss though is the average person at this specific Sbux. There's rarely open seating inside whenever I've stopped in. It never fails students commandeer almost all the spaces for laptops, books, studying... and there's one empty cup nearby that has been sitting there for three hours. Or it could be like the one time someone was rolling a doobie in the side corner and asked if I had any change while I was trying to get some work done. Back when this location used to be 24h (it's not anymore, which is why I'm knocking it down to 3 stars), the outside patio would be full at 1am, and you could overhear conversations in Russian, Vietnamese, etc. There's still a little of that now, but not like it used to be.

Bad attitude workers. Flippant, self-entitled, self-absorbed. But probably due overwork. This place is always over filled. It's exceeded it local population quota. Time to expand.

Starbucks Starbucks...oh how so many people love you and hate you. This girl is a regular at this Starbucks. Some are good and some are bad this one is just at home. You ask how can this be ? It is so close to the mall and it is hard to find parking in peak times. Let me tell you why . This Starbucks is a great place to unwind from your daily troubles and relax. Yes it is busy and yea it is hard to find parking at times but it's worth the wait because the staff is always friendly and remember you by name. They make you feel at home.

Always rude workers, i have giving this starbuck so many chances and also being nice to them everytime i come but they are just a bunch of uneducated people calling themselve eduacated. 1st time: i was in line and the manager suppose to took my order but instead of that he chose to texting, i stood there and there were 5 people in line, i didnt know if he were racist or he just think that he own the place and he can do whatever, i was out of my patient and startin to ask him can i order? And he responded can you want a little? With an additude. So i got really angry and asked him can i speak with your manager and he tell me he is the manager n question me what do i want to talk about? So i left. 2nd time: which is today, i ordered my drink and i told the cashier my drink going to be complicated and he roll eyes at me. I didnt really give a shit about his additude bc i experienced it already and i know that they are the same shit. But when i got my drink the drink were only up to 4oz and the rest were whipcream. I got really confused and question him why does my drink look like this? N he responded do i want more milk? I said no, bc ussually the drink are higher at least 6-8oz of coffee and milk all together. (Bc i wanted no ice) and he said ok give it back i will make u another one, he make me wait for my drink literally 15mins( aint joking). And the drink taste like half and half all the way.! :( i hate to complain but i know it happen to alot of people. Starbuck coffee is not a place like mc donald. I shouldnt be treated like a homeless!

This Starbucks is pretty spacious and has larger tables! However, with the larger tables comes the probability that you will be sharing with someone you do not know. Honestly, I think this is great, because it fosters a sense of community. On the other hand, you better hope the person next to you does not smell. There is also a comfortable couch and a couple of chairs to lounge in (about 4). There is a bar in the front overlooking U.S 19 (not the loveliest of views, but you get a ton of light being that it is an entirely glass wall in front of you). This Starbucks is often full of college students studying. I've actually been told this is the Asian starbucks (meaning there are more Asians here than you would find most places). Surprisingly, this is true. I can honestly say I have seen more Asians here then most places in the Tampa Bay area. This Starbucks is in a pretty good location, next to a Target, movie theaters, other food places, etc. However, the traffic on US 19 can get pretty backed up so choose your time to come wisely.

The directions option for the address to this location are terrible. It maps the location about 2 miles north of where it is physically located.

I have been going to this Starbucks for quite some time now. It is right down the road from my house and the location is convenient. However, the service is absolutely horrible and I wait 15 minutes minimum in the drive through every time I come to this location. No matter how few cars are in the drive through, speed and efficiency are not their strong suit. The quality of the employees has really gone down. They are rude and frequently don't get my order right. They are clueless and in need of some direction! I have now decided to make my own coffee at home! Also, whenever I try to go do school work and sit outside there are always kids running around and never any place to sit. Horrible all around! Never will I waste my time at this location again.

Let me start by saying that I am a Starbucks fanatic! I know where every single one in Pinellas county is located. This is probably my least favorite Starbucks location in the area. The wait is always much longer than usual. Not sure what the issue is. The staff seem to be on top of it. The fact that it is open 24 hours is a huge plus for my early mornings. It is always a good place to relax, do homework, catch up with friends. As for the coffee, it's never a let down. Just a simple iced coffee sweetened with cream and you won't be disappointed. Forget about those $6 specialty drinks people know Starbucks for. I can get a venti coffee for $3, which is cheaper than Dunkin Donuts burnt coffee. All in all, if you don't mind a longer wait than usual, then there is nothing wrong with this location. Maybe I just happen to catch them at their busiest every single time.

This Starbucks is always super crowded, especially late in the evening. I like that it has lots of seating and now it just put in a community table, but, of course, always filled with students using their laptops. The staff is decent, but not extremely nice. And lastly, it's always freezing. Then again, ALL Starbucks are freezing.

My taste in coffee is usually real simple. Let it drip and add some sugar. No creamer. And none of that flavoring stuff. However, I do like to have an extravagant coffee every once in a while. So I go to Starbucks. (I know Collin is frowning as he reads this) Anyway, this location is quite convenient located on 19 in the Parkside plaza. Despite that, it's a little weird that the building is shared with a Chase bank. Literally, the drive-thru to the Starbucks is like driving up to the teller side of the bank with the ATM next to you. I hesitated continuing into the drive-thru fearing that I might be ordering a coffe at a bank. Awkward!
